Registration Fees

Early bird registration is applicable if paid before 2 June 2023.

For abstracts/papers to be included in the Conference Proceedings and the Technical Programme, at least one author per paper must register by 16 June 2023.

Late or on-site registration (after 2 June 2023) will be charged an additional fee of $50.

Conference registration fee covers (1) access to conference sessions, (2) conference materials, and (3) coffee breaks, lunch, and gala dinner.

Students will be granted a 20% discount.

An additional fee of $80 will be charged for each extra published paper.

Terms and Conditions

If students want to be granted a 20% discount, they must send via e-mail to the Conference Secretariat a copy of the student ID card or a letter from their Department Head/Chair confirming their full-time students.

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your e-mail address once your payment is processed successfully. For online payment, the conference only accepts confirmation from the bank.

Invoice is provided to authors on request.

Please attach the wire transfer confirmation of the registration payment (pdf format).

Wire transfer and credit card are both accepted.

The wire transfer is required for authors affiliated with Vietnamese institutions.
